I’m not one to write a review but after today I’m trying to find a way to show my gratitude. Today I sat beside Beth in a 5 hour meditation. The first hour of this was just waiting. And waiting. And waiting. When it was finally our turn Beth did not disappoint. One thing stood out the most to me today was the fact she was able to calmly tell me what I was doing wrong and why I needed to get it together. Don’t take that in a negative way.
