Pro Air Heating & Cooling replaced our old water heater, and the whole process was incredibly smooth. They explained the options clearly, helped us choose the right size, and handled the installation efficiently. The new unit works perfectly and heats up much faster than before. Consistently, ProAir has been our first choice. We had a maintenance service with ProAir and found the techs to be professional and friendly. After moving into our home, our unit stopped working; the unit was barely out of warranty, but ProAir called the company and was able to have them honor the warranty — without me having to ask or call myself. Maintenance was fantastic, and a fair price.
We went with a different company for maintenance when we moved further out, but after being charged double for services, and not trusting what the techs said, we were eager to have the more fairly priced and honest company back. We called ProAair back to our... read full review
