I visited their store here in Rincon Ga today after stopping by the local Kroger & checking their prices which were cheap as expected (& so was the service & thus Im sure the final product). I also visited another local florist but the encounter didn’t go as smooth as I wanted. So to New Life Flowers & Gifts I went. The young lady that helped me, Hanna I believe was her name was so very helpful & really came across as caring for my final outcome as I was. I’m buying for an estranged wife which I still love as the day we married so this was important to me & even a bit surreal at the same time, as in should I even be doing this. This geranium was delivered to me and I was not home to receive it, so it was left on my porch by the front door facing the west that gets intense sun. In the past when I get a delivery and I am not home, I have gotten a text to let me know and if I will not be home they would come and pick it up. I was not home when they were delivered. Thankfully, I was not out of town.I am disappointed in the quality of these geraniums and the presentation. The bow was not attached very well and fell off with the tag that also did not say who the flowers from. I have received plants from here on previous Mother’s Day and the plants and presentation was A+ but, not today.
