Originally had them come out to install a toilet in my 100 year old home. They called when they were on their way and arrived on time. They provided reasonable pricing and completed the job in a timely manner.
About a week later we had them recommend a new tankless hot water heater. They again called before coming over. They arrived on time and did great work. Very happy with their service.

I cannot say enough good things about Heck Plumbing, Ronnie, and his coworker (I hate that I didn't get his name, I wasn't home when they'd first arrived and introductions had already been made. I am normally very hesitant to hire labor services outside of my already established network but Heck Plumbing is now our go-to for everything water related. I called Tuesday around noon to inquire about their fee schedule for a slab leak and if they had the appropriate equipment to pinpoint it's exact location. They did, and were at my home in under 20 hours. They were scheduled for 10am but called me at 8am to say they were ahead of schedule... read full review

They did an outstanding job of replacing a toilet and hot water heater in our house. They showed up when they were scheduled and did the work in a timely and professional manner. Cleaned up when they were finished.
