I have had multiple communication issues with Beacon. I tested my security system a few months back and did not get a response. When I called the monitoring company they had no indication of the alarm being activated. This happened a second time the other day. I did overlook my past invoice and when I called to discuss and pay my invoice or discontinue the service all I got was a voicemail stating that my service would be cancelled per my request. I would think a company that cared about my business would want to discuss why I was cancelling their service? When I have been able to get someone to answer the phone the person I spoke with was argumentative. This company...read full review
