The first thing that impressed me was their availability so close to Christmas-I filled out a service request for 2 days out with my time frame. It was booked online immediately with my day & hour request.Next, the 2 techs who came out were professional and friendly. They got right to work after explaining the pretreatment step.Lastly, they were able to get out diesel grease stains and coffee stains!Win! Win! Win!I’ll not call anyone else in the future!
Brandon came out and did an awesome job Cleaning and deodorizing my recliner and carpet. Was very professional and polite. If you're ever in need of this type of service, I highly recommend Stanley steamer!!!!!
Upfront and professional service! Noah D. and John T. were experts in their service and helped me and my family to make the best decision for our furniture. They put my family, my investment(furniture), and my wallet ahead of their bottom line and not only gained me and my family but all of my connections respect! Thank you for being decent human beings and not pushing me to make a bad decision that would have lined your pocket but cost me a fortune to fix after you left (not due to your fault, but due to my circumstances that were not ideal for freshly cleaned furniture.
