Quite the story with Serclean. First, they did a wonderful job after my bad plumbing system caused a bad back up at my rental. They were able to tear down and treat the areas. My license to Handyman also thought the job was done great and he was able to patch my house back together with confidence.An issue arose between my insurance company, and Serclean, leaving me with an unexpected bill, but Alan at serclean was very fair with how they manage the situation. I had a water heater leak that had been running for several weeks before I realized there was a problem. The Serclean team headed by Justin Murns, was extremely professional, did great work, and met my deadline. They went out of their way to help me clean up after the work was done and even had a crew come in and thoroughly clean my house! I could not have been happier with their service and professionalism.
