Duke from JD Moller heating and air-conditioning service in Richmond Hill is a valuable asset to your company. You come out to my house within 20 minutes diagnose a problem less than an hour. He had my ear up and ruining. Does that mean I need a raise he knows what he’s doing. he’s calculated organized and very respectful I just want the owner to give him some recognition for the job that he did. The other companies tried to tell me I needed a new unit. The technicians name was Duke.
Absolutely cannot say enough good about the service we received from JD Mohler from start to finish. We came home after work on a Monday in June and our house was 85+ degrees. My husband called and we were scheduled for the next day for a tech to come out and see what the issue was. From the first call to let me know they were on their way they were the most polite and helpful ever. Unfortunately, we needed a new unit (ours was at least 10 years old - and could have been repaired but comparatively it was more advantageous to purchase new) and I was told we would receive our quote the next day for the new unit and the repairs so we could make our decision. Jake Duke was the hvac expert who came to the house. On time, professional, personable and worked efficiently. Explained any and all issues and options in detail. I have a lot of faith in dealing with him based on this interaction, which isn't as common as it should be. JD Mohler should make every effort to retain Mr. Duke and to look at him as the standard for future hires.
