Jake Duke was the hvac expert who came to the house. On time, professional, personable and worked efficiently. Explained any and all issues and options in detail. I have a lot of faith in dealing with him based on this interaction, which isn't as common as it should be. JD Mohler should make every effort to retain Mr. Duke and to look at him as the standard for future hires.
