Today, I had the pleasure to meet Nick from Georgia Air, who performed a semi-annual HVAC system inspection and preventative maintenance service for our home’s Trane unit. Nick approached the inspection procedures methodically and checked all key performance indicators of the system from a functionality standpoint and performed fine tuning of important control parameters. He also performed cleaning of the equipment (condensing unit) and treated the air handling unit coil with a disinfectant to make sure the system operates at the highest efficiency level possible. When we purchased our dream home we discovered the entire AC system was undersized for the home and needed replaced.
Chad Bird and his team expertly installed a new system sized appropriately for our home and it has functioned flawlessly ever since.

Had an issue with my HVAC unit, reached out to who I usually use and had a service plan with, unfortunately they wouldn’t be able to do anything until Monday. It’s already been 3 days without air, there was no way I was waiting until Monday, would have been 7 days. So today I posted on a community Facebook page and Chad Bird (Georgia Air) reached out right away, he made some calls and they had that part that was needed in Savannah and would be able to do it this afternoon. So of course I called the other company and canceled Monday and Georgia Air sent Chris out who started the work, and then William showed up with the part and they got the system up and running.... read full review
