Today, I had the pleasure to meet Nick from Georgia Air, who performed a semi-annual HVAC system inspection and preventative maintenance service for our home’s Trane unit. Nick approached the inspection procedures methodically and checked all key performance indicators of the system from a functionality standpoint and performed fine tuning of important control parameters. He also performed cleaning of the equipment (condensing unit) and treated the air handling unit coil with a disinfectant to make sure the system operates at the highest efficiency level possible. William was professional and extremely knowledgeable regarding the entire functionality of my air conditioning system and its parts. He addressed issues in the system installed by a different company that he observed during his maintenance service and made recommendations to resolve them.
As always, Georgia Air and Heating has continued to give 5 star service, and I will continue to recommend them to family, friends and neighbors.
I am going to be switching from my previous HVAC company to Georgia Air after today's service. William came out same day and fixed my ac after it went out. My previous company gave me an appointment four days from today. William was very knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and a great representation of Georgia Air. Don't look anywhere else for your HVAC needs, these guys are A+. Thank you for everything!
