Today, I had the pleasure to meet Nick from Georgia Air, who performed a semi-annual HVAC system inspection and preventative maintenance service for our home’s Trane unit. Nick approached the inspection procedures methodically and checked all key performance indicators of the system from a functionality standpoint and performed fine tuning of important control parameters. He also performed cleaning of the equipment (condensing unit) and treated the air handling unit coil with a disinfectant to make sure the system operates at the highest efficiency level possible. I appreciated Nick’s thorough inspection and patience in testing and confirming operation values against the standard. Nick was knowledgeable, courteous, and willing to explain any details that were asked of him. Georgia Air is an excellent company and they believe in customer care and customer service.
Steven and Ryan replaced HVAC system and installed new ductwork. They both were courteous , diligent, on time during the whole process. Steven took his time to explain everything to me and made the whole process a breeze. He was professional, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. I would highly recommend the Georgia Air team to everyone!
We had two companies come out and try to diagnose our system without avail. After almost $300 in diagnostic fees from the other companies, we called GA air. Nick came out and within 15 minutes, he was able to not only diagnose but give us a quote for the repair. He thoroughly explained what the issue was, and even showed us. He came back the following Monday to complete the repair. Both times he was extremely professional, courteous, and wore boot covers prior to entering our home - which meant a lot to us since we have a sick toddler at home. A few weeks later, we had another issue with our AC unit. GA air sent out another tech, Brandon, the same day. He was also extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. Again, within 10 minutes, he was able to tell and show us exactly where/what the issue was. We had already signed up for their maintenance plan when Nick had come to repair our unit the first time but after Brandon’s experience it only confirmed that we had made the right choice by choosing GA air.
