Great experience! I called them at 3pm to get an emergency appointment and they were able to schedule me at 330pm the same. The entire team was amazing! This is the first time my daughter was able to experience any dental appointment where the dentist didn’t have to go the extra mile to prevent her for panicking. I’m still amazed at how seamless the process was to get her tooth pulled. I will most definitely be returning for future dental appointments!

Just got back from my appointment at Savannah Dental for a cleaning. It was an awesome visit. Weird thing to say about a dentists appointment but it’s true. Chanda and Dawn up front were extremely helpful and kind with checking in and out. The dental hygienist, Kaitlyn Williamson, was an absolute joy. She made me feel so comfortable from start to end, and she was so informative. She is great at what she does. The doctor was great too. The office is so nice. The staff really care. 10/10, highly recommend!!

I had the pleasure of experiencing the Savannah Dental In Richmond Hill services and when I say I’m sad I only do a cleaning every six months I mean it. The facility is beautiful and elegant and a breath of fresh air with heated seats! The staff was AMAZING. Dawn and Kaitlyn were hilarious and sweet from the moment I walked in, to my cleaning and teeth whitening. Not to mention the incredible results ! I’m definitely doing that again ! Dr.Drew, and Gloria took care of my fillings and they made me feel super comfortable during my anxious moments and both were just very personable and sweet individuals. And you can’t forget about Keyli! Savannah Dental did great at having her as the face of the business. She was amazingly informative, very kind, and made sure I was well taken care of. Loved loved loved the experience. I can’t wait for my next appointment.

After almost 2 years I get a bill that was supposed to be handled by Metlife Dental insurance. I called Metlife and was told they denied a claim for cleaning and exam because it was not outside the six month time frame. In other words this dental clinic's staff failed to understand how a calendar works. My son's first cleaning was in Sept 2021 then they had him do the second cleaning and exam in Feb 2022 which is what the problem is. I talked to the Savannah Dental and after explaining the situation they agreed to forego the bill.

Reception is always kind and smiley which is really nice, especially for those of us who get anxious just going to the dentist. Dawn is the best hygienist and always gives thorough cleanings while making your time together fun and personable. Dr. Drew really paid attention to my concerns and gave incredible care.

Keyli Campbell was the first one I had contact with in the office and she is just the nicest person. She made the whole experience very pleasant. The DA and the Dentist Dr Drew were also very nice and I couldn't have asked for better care!! I will Def be back for all of my dental needs and recommend this office to anyone looking for their own dental care. Thank you guys so much!!

They managed to squeeze me in at very short notice and gave me probably the most excellent cleaning I've ever had. Would definitely recommend.

I was asked no less than 5 times to fill out a credit application to fund my treatment plan and despite asking was not given a price estimate on the procidure i needed
