Since Party City closed I decided to go check out this store in RH. Love the colors and variety of decor and decorations. They have a great sports party decor section for fans of lots of different teams. Staff was on point with greeting and helping us find what we were looking for. Amaria was the employee who helped us and she was nice, helpful, and knowledgeable of what was available!
I have to say my experience here the second time was really good. They have some miscellaneous things that you wouldn't expect, like a wall of greeting cards, some golden paper straws, even a cutting board for food.
The cashier the second time was very genuine and courteous, which I appreciated. And. A new display was up. I really like the name of the franchise, very creative and good niche for a medium size town.
It's a place to find supplies for a birthday for a small child or even a pet. God bless you all, hope the store gets lots of customers all the time.
Absolutely loved this place! I am doing an Alabama football theme bday celebration for my boyfriend and came to this place. Everyone was very nice and he helped me pick the perfect colors! Also you can schedule when you want to pick up your balloons. :) 5/5 stars!
