“I am or was a current patient, however it would seem the office is now closed permanently. I didn't not receive a notice, call or letter letting me know ahead of time. I had an appointment and showed up early only to find the doors locked and the lights off. No signs anywhere indicating a move or close of business. It was very strange I can not get in contact with anyone through email or phone. And I need my medical records to transfer to anywhere else. I am at a loss.“

“My name is Melissa and I currently live overseas, and I wanted to do something special for my parents just to put a smile on their faces. My mother and father are 75 years old, and I was a little bit skeptical about booking appointment here because I had never been. But i must say I explained my concerns with Ms. Yaya, and she ensured me they would be taken care of. She also did a video chat with me and gave me a virtual tour of the spa. She was kind, sweet and patient. I had to cancel my parents appt 3x due to them being scared of their surprise and Ms. Yaya did not complain once. My parents and their friends enjoyed every bit of their spa day. They have not stopped talking about it and it's been over a week now. My mother has expressed multiple times that she felt like royalty, and she's never had that experience before. Her and my father have not stopped smiling about their spa day and how nice and caring everyone was. The technician also went out their way and sent me photos of them during their facial. I could not have been more grateful. What put the cherry on top there is a nice restaurant next door so right after their spa day they were able to eat and relax and talk with their friends before returning home. I am grateful for everyone at this SPA. This is the BLUEPRINT of A BLACK OWNED COMPANY experience. It's a 10 out of 10 for me.“
