Need a plumber? I can't tell you enough about how great his service was! He kept me informed and educated me every step of the way. (I really like to know how things work.) He was relentless and determined to clear whatever was clogging my old cast iron pipe and after three-ish weeks, I can finally wash clothes again! Before he left, he even brought in a product to clean the tiny scratches his snake put on my washing machine. And he also found another issue I had no idea about that needs prompt attention and we're making plans to tackle that soon. Thank you, thank you, thank you!! Call him!

We needed the 35 yr old tub/shower insert replaced because it was cracked, leaking, and had created water damage in the adjacent bedroom. We were having trouble getting a plumber to even return calls or, when they did, show up to even assess the job.Enter Steven, with Master Plumbing Services, Inc. We spoke, set up an appointment, met, and had an install scheduled before one of the previous plumbers we contacted ever even bothered to return a call. Hooked up septic system and water to my new home. Took time to inspect everything in house to ensure nothing was leaking. Got job done quickly. Will definitely use services in the future. Highly recommend.
