I needed a new compressor and Wyatt came out to install it. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and personable! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Eduardo came with him and he was very pleasant and helpful as well.

Had someone come look at my hvac which is very old and will eventually need to be replaced but I called nge for a second opinion and was quoted 12,000-15,000 to replace my hvac because of the duct worn having to be redone as well. I was very stressed out because my house was 40 degrees at night with my 10 month old. Another company (moody) quoted me 1,000 for a part that might not work and I would be stuck with it if didn’t work.. I also couldn’t afford that so I didn’t know what to do.. called for a 3rd option and found Haynes heating and air and they waived the dispatch fee because of my situation and the tech said my unit had nothing wrong with it besides it being caked up with dirt and dust. Now my family and I are warm again $300.

Russ Wooten, obviously one of their senior techs, was here today and quickly solved a problem that had been going on since August. He has excellent technical and interpersonal skills. So both he and NEGH&A get 5 stars from me today for his work
