Another job well done by Weldon Smith! Every step of the process to update my heating and cooling systems was painless and smooth - from estimate to final sign-off after installation. I have used their services for years with my old system and Caleb has always brought his calm experience and great advice (A-game) with him to every job. I am truly appreciative and would recommend that everyone gives them a call because I know they do great work and will take good care of you.
Caleb Smith installed a complete home HVAC system in our home in 2022. There have been two separate occasions when there were problems with the system. Caleb was at my house within 24 hours and had the problems fixed very quickly. This company stands behind their product and their work. There is no better HVAC company in the Dallas area. Full endorsement. Would give 10 starts if possible.
Let me start by saying I have been a very pleased customer of Weldon Smith Services for more than 20 years. I wasn't sure honesty in the HVAC business was even a thing. This company shoots straight, explains everything in plain language and gives you the very best options available for your needs. I had to have a complete replacement of the downstairs system last week and once again was blown away. Caleb is awesome! He made the change over so painless and did an amazing job.
