“A huge THANK YOU to Patrick who was extremely helpful in removing a squirrel trapped in my townhome soffit due to a neighbor’s negligence in correctly addressing the issue. Patrick came out the same day the issue was called in and investigated the issue. Sensing my and another neighbor’s nervousness about the squirrel being in our attics he patiently waited with us for at least an hour to best determine the squirrel’s location.
