Wow!! Raul Benitez was professional and courteous from beginning to end of our termite treatment and encapsulation of our crawlspace.
During his visit, everything was so pleasant, and anything that was of concern to us, no matter how small it appeared, he not only explained but gave us the dignity, patience and compassion while dealing with 70yr. old seniors. Our concerns were ALWAYS of utmost importance to him.
Double-checking everything and staying in touch with us were his priorities. Raul made us feel like FAMILY.

They always do a fantastic job. They call ahead to schedule and a technician calls before arriving. Never rushed and always a very thorough job, both inside and outside of our home. They also handle our termite inspections. I never worry about it. I rarely see any critters inside since starting service with Northwest Exterminating years ago! Technician Jeremy goes over and beyond to make sure that we are good!
Our technician Courtney is proficient, professional and detailed when servicing our home. I wish more company's hired knowledgeable people with his integrity and tanacity. Thank you, Courtney!
