I will start by saying the massage my friend and I received this past Monday was very good. However, it was all ruined by the front end staff.
1st calling me by the wrong name several times, and having me sign the wrong contract.I was from out of town using my membership and then using a saved up visit listed on my account for my friend. The one receptionist was very rude saying she could not get ahold of “my” Hand and Stone to transfer the credit, which she can clearly see on her computer screen that I have.

I always have THE BEST EXPERIENCE at this location!!! DeNette Pace is my therapist there and I LOVE her!!! I know all the massage therapist are great here… but she is my favorite! But I have to say… when I walk in, I get greeted by the sweetest most kind human ever….. MK! Love her! I don’t care what kind of day I’m having… if I see that face… my day gets better! The whole team at this Hand and Stone is amazing! Love the owners too!!! Great establishment! I highly recommend!
MK is truly the sweetest manager at Hand & Stone. From the moment I booked my massage, she was warm, honest, and incredibly helpful. She made me feel completely comfortable and welcomed, and she is genuinely one of the most amazing human beings I’ve ever met. Her kindness and professionalism made my experience exceptional. Highly recommend!
