I was using this laundromat today when an 84-year-old woman fell, hit her head, and had to be transported by ambulance to the nearest ER. The owner happened to come in shortly after, and when I informed him of the incident, he became extremely passive-aggressive and dismissive.
I also mentioned that one of the washers had overflowed before I arrived, leaving water all over the floor—another serious safety hazard, especially with no attendant on site. I was simply trying to make him aware of what had happened in his absence, but instead of showing concern, he was rude and unprofessional. He even spoke about me on the phone right in front of me, and when I confronted him, he became even more aggressive.
The laundromat itself was also dirty, with trash scattered across the floor. I’ve used this place in the past whenever my washer was out of service, but today will be the last time I ever come here. This business is unsafe, unclean, and poorly managed.
Stay away from this place. I only gave it one star because zero stars wasn’t an option.

I just recently visited homestyle laundromat and I must say that it was the cleanest that it has ever been in a long while. I met Shon and her brother there and they had the establishment immaculate! I quietly watched as they cleaned every nook and cranny and from the bathroom to even putting down bug spray to make sure no pest enters the facility. I was thoroughly impressed and greatly appreciative of their efforts to ensure a quality visit. All in all, a job very well done!

Came in near closing midweek to see a someone actually cleaning this place. It was nice to see someone maintaining and active near closing. I've used this facility for years and i can't tell you the last time I've seen it clean. I mean the floors were being mopped, the bathroom was nice and fresh, I even got some assistance with the coin machine. Even though there's a few machines down , I could appreciate the extra effort to make this place better. I didnt get the young ladys name but she was a very nice black young lady. Thank you Thank you
