I sought help with them since mid February because my mom’s last nurse quit (god forgive me bt my mom hasn’t been the sweetest since my dad passed last year) she is still grieving and my heart breaks for her. Anyway she is in a wheelchair and needs help most of the day and since day 1 when i called and set up the consultation the rep was extremely patient and helpful because I was missing some of the records she had asked me for. Fastfwd I decided to go ahead and hire them because they were the most affordable in the area I nade the best choice because they don’t just care fr my mom, they engage with her!! A great agency, with loving providers, and the owner goes out of her way to make sure all cases are covered, even if she has to work them personally! I love that! Not many agencies will do that. This agency really cares.
