“I'm not going to lie about this. Let me preface this by saying that the team we got was outstanding! The start-up/admin process was god-awful. We went through a lot together, but they were always kind and helpful and any issue I did have they corrected. I think anytime you start with a new business there are going to be wrinkles to iron out, and I did have to stay on them for the first five weeks to ensure we got correct billing and that the staff understood what was supposed to get done. After that, it's been smooth sailing. They even cut me a break on my bill when I was out on medical leave and couldn't get to the office to put in a check request!

The lady who heads our crew will text me if there are delays or concerns and the woman worked just a few days after a surgical procedure that would have had me down for weeks! She's hard working- dedicated and smart. We are VERY blessed to have found Jan-Pro and are grateful for Sherese Manigo! I would reccommend Jan-pro, (wth a little patience for start-up). ;)“

While our house is not yet contained enough for them to be able to clean every room (per my request--as a few rooms are still packed w boxes and chaos), they work with me on cleaning the areas I request which is motivating me to organize the remaining rooms so they can do their magic more and more with each visit. They are accepting of the fact that I work from home and have 2 sweet but annoying dogs that may get in their way and I trust them to not let my escape artist out the front door.
