I'm not going to lie about this. Let me preface this by saying that the team we got was outstanding! The start-up/admin process was god-awful. We went through a lot together, but they were always kind and helpful and any issue I did have they corrected. I think anytime you start with a new business there are going to be wrinkles to iron out, and I did have to stay on them for the first five weeks to ensure we got correct billing and that the staff understood what was supposed to get done. After that, it's been smooth sailing. They even cut me a break on my bill when I was out on medical leave and couldn't get to the office to put in a check request!

I was impressed with the demeanor and cleaning of Alex and Jessica Manor. They cleaned when I was a member of St Michael’s in the Ardsley Park area of Savannah.They were flexible, easy to deal with, and always willing to help when special events may have occurred. I recommend both Jan-Pro and Alex and Jessica out in the community as they pay attention to detail and take care of a customers needs.
Excellent service and professional operation. Work is done on time every time. If anything needs more attention or if there are any issues, they are on top of it. Jabron, our account rep, treats his relationship with us as if it was his own personal business. I simply can’t say enough awesome things about Jabron and Jan-Pro. I wish I had found them sooner. One of the most professional organizations I have dealt with in a long time.
