I have never had a bad set or pedicure! The only negative experience was by a customer making a scene about her nails on two different occasions. They provide a service and she treated them horribly.

I was going on a cruise with a bunch of friends and I wanted to have nails that had personality but trendy and Royal Nails showed out on my wants!!!! She did 3d fruit on my nails!!! Pineapple, grapes, lime, orange, passion fruit, kiwi, dragon fruit, and strawberry for every kind of fruit island drink and lime for my Corona!!!!! My nails are poppin!!!!! I was so shocked on perfectly they were done!!! I didn’t look until finished because they came up with the idea for my personality and fun level!!!!!
Requested style: I just wanted something no one else had and she delivered exceptionally beautiful and fun nails!!!!

I've been going to Royal Nails for almost a year and it's a nice nail salon. My nail tech when I first started going there was Nina. I have not had great experiences with Nina, one because her work doesn't hold up very well and two because of her attitude. My last appointment with her she cut the nail beds on a few of my fingers and was unapologetic about it. She had an attitude because I asked her to shape my nails a certain way. When she done she got up from the table and walked away with nothing to say. She was just rude!!!
