Jessica did such a great job with my hair! She was super friendly and really took the time to ask the right questions to make sure she understood exactly what I wanted. I asked for a price estimate upfront, and she gave me a clear, detailed breakdown of the services—which I really appreciated. My hair is a nightmare, on the best of days. It has a serious attitude problem and it seems very proud of it. Luckily, it loves to take color, as long as the color is blonde and nothing else. It gets a blunt cut and starts to curl making it appear wonky. My stylist wants it curled, it goes straight. Even my very close friend, who is a highly rated cosmo in Burbank, Cali, jokes that she would rather shave her own hair off rather than deal with mine. It gives her nightmares! lol
