I was told I had a broken pipe in my service yard outdoors, and it was rapidly losing water. The water to my property was turned off. Curtis went to my house while I was out of state. He called me on the phone while he was there, and he was very polite and honest. Curtis said the pipes in my Service Yard were fine. He said a part of the water softener had broken during the unexpected hard freeze. Curtis turned on the water long enough to take pictures of the broken part with water spewing out, and then he texted them to me, so I could see that the broken part was from a part of the water softener. Benny came to fix some leaking that we had been experiencing in both of our toilets. He took the time to listen to my concerns and professionally explain what the problem was and how to prevent it in the future. He truly went above and beyond in such a professional manner. We have had a few contractors come in and out of our home since buying it and Benny was by far the best! To top it all off, he did all of this without once waking up my baby who was napping in the other room.
