3C is an awesome place for cardio and taekwondo self defense, and Mr.C is a really great guy me He is funny and uses comical situations to explain things I only wish Mr. C had a bigger place with more mat space. Other than that, I totally enjoy being a new member to 3C.

We have been with Mr. C now for over 7 years! And the reason for that is Mr. C! Both of my boys have grown and continue to grow with the teachings of this awesome school! It is way more than a martial arts school. It is a family that has been there for my boys and I.

Mr C and crew are amazing! Their work ethic, the way they care for the kids, interact with the kids and teach the kids hard work, respect, and discipline goes above and beyond expectations. The examples they set for All of the kids is one of a kind.
