Jimmy Carter is truly one of the greatest humanitarians I've ever known . A true leader as the 39 president and should have gotten the 2nd term. But Regan thwarted those plans, unfortunately. His faimly home and country store reflects a lot on how he grew up believing that with a good foundation upbringing, hard work , and determination you can accomplish anything you set you heart and mind to.He believed by helping others in need the we can make the world a better place for everyone. God bless him for that and all those who follow in these beliefs .

Real old time Southern homestead of Jimmy Carter. Quaint and living hands on history that teaches. Only problem was a big nasty rude woman park guide who sat there reading a book ignoring visitors. This didn't spoil it for me though as Carters voice is played in recordings at many points. Great stuff.

A grear historical site to visit that showcase an interesting glimps. Not only on the life and times of one of america distinguished presendent. From his humble begining to the very long dedicated life lived by the Carters. Upholding as much embody the very spirit of America.As much it allowed one a glimps of rural lives as it were thru the interesting as much historical preserved item exibhit as much showcased on the grounds.
