I highly recommend The Floor Store if you want to work with professionals that do a quality job. I built my house 25 years ago and wanted a bathroom remodel. They helped me every step of the way. They came to my house to help me with a design, including some wonderful and functional suggestions. Back at the store, they helped me select every aspect of the look I wanted. When it came to the work, they found my existing shower had leaked and rotted out the floor beneath. Not a problem for these guys! They fixed the floor and beams beneath the house and did a beautiful job with the remodel, all in just two weeks! I had my new bathroom by my birthday and 9 months later I still couldn’t be more pleased! Thanks to Jim and all of the staff at The Floor Store.

I thoroughly enjoyed working with the floor store. The people there will make sure you are taken care of and satisfied with all your needs. They go above and beyond to make sure the whole customer service experience is to your liking. I purchased my flooring, carpet, and countertops from the floor store. They are also one of two places I know of that has European style cabinets. Jimmy, the owner, ensures his customers are satisfied with the product and the service. He has great suggestions to help homeowners with design and to complete it in a cost-effective manner. When I was not satisfied with the work of the countertops, he sent his guys back out to my house to fix and issues I had. He truly cares about his customers. Ronnah is also phenomenal. She is great at listening to what you want and your vision for the house. She is fantastic with design and matching. Given that the modern style and design were not prevalent in middle ga, I was surprised and thankful for all the knowledge she had with modern design. She directed me to where I could get modern pieces if they could not carry it, and gave me her thoughts on what is trending. She was also willing to work with your budget and made sure you purchased good quality material. Alyssa is efficient and helpful. She sets up the appointment and made sure everyone got to their places. She made sure there was not a lot of wait time, and she is great at helping me select the carpet and floor and giving the basics about carpet and what will go well with it. Gino and Jimmy did a great job with installation and measurement. All installation went well. If there were any issues, they would come back and resolve it and worked hard to make sure the issue was fixed.
