Had a great experience with Huggins. They were quick to respond on site next day and within the time frame my schedule allowed.Very pleasant to deal with. I had an issue where my lid was compacted into the hole and had already been patched once. They explained in detail, the possibilities of what could happen and why if they attempted to remove the lid and all of my options after the fact. The honesty, transparency and professionalism displayed by office personnel and field workers was impressive. 10/10 recommend Huggins and I will be a repeat customer.

Great experience with Huggins Waste Service. Fast, reliable, and professional every time we’ve worked with them. They’re based in Pembroke but clearly expanding throughout Savannah — you see their trucks all over town for a reason. The team is responsive, easy to communicate with, and genuinely cares about doing a good job for their customers. It’s refreshing to work with a local company that’s growing while keeping strong service and integrity. Highly recommend!

They are absolutely the best company to deal with. I thought I had already left a review the first two times they came out over the last 2 years. You want to talk about a company that has your back. It's this company. Every time I've needed them they have come out. Every time that I reach out to them they get me on the schedule almost within 24 hours. Their guys are kind and their people are nice. I cannot recommend them enough. Anything I need involving a septic system or drain field I would not go anywhere else. By far the best
