Words cannot express how much this Do Jong has meant to my daughter. She started when she was and angry 12 year old. She is now 16 and a Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do. She has learned strength, self control, self discipline and self confidence. Master Bai and this Do Jong have turned her life around. This is a wholesome and positive environment for your child. I cannot recommend enough!!!!! Would give it a 10 out of 5 stars!!!

my sons physical strength and muscle tone has greatly increased since beginning martial arts instruction at Master Bai’s school. I especially in this world today I am much happier that his self defense has reached this level. Also judgement and decision making have greatly improved…even conversing is mature and natural. His potential has always been there but now it has become more prominent. Great school

I studied under Grandmaster Bai and Master Soo when they were located in maryland...and I still have fond memories of training under their masterful guidance. I was even fortunate enough to be an instructor of a youth class. If you are interested In studying the Martial arts...this is the place to go. I miss having the school here...If they were still here my son would be studying with Master Bai!Thank you for years of knowledge and friendship!(Lorin Heath and family)
