    This is the only exercise program I’ve ever been able to stick with—and I’ve been going for 16 months and counting! As a working mom with three kids, The Exercise Coach is perfect for me. The workouts are quick, efficient, and I’ve seen better results than I ever did with longer programs (mainly because I would get discouraged at the time commitment and price). Bonus: my 15-year-old recently told me I “have guns now,” so clearly it’s working! Every woman should try it - your first 2 visits are free and you’ll be hooked like me!

    Been coming here for several years and love getting a good strength training workout accomplished in 20 minutes. I’ve had noticeable results and have become stronger and leaner. The staff are all so friendly and encouraging. Love Morgan! Highly recommend, particularly those newer to strength training or those tired of the same old routines. Exercise Coach keeps it interesting.
