I was so sad to make the decision to leave Soliant but I am going back to school and had to accept a position related my my degree. My recruiter, Olivia, fought for the best position and pay possible from the start. Even when my assignment took an unexpected turn, she continued to take care of and support me. She is friendly, knowledgeable, answers me quickly, supports me every aspect of work, and was overall the best person to work with. She listened to any concerns I had and continually assured me she treats her clients like family and it shows. I loved my school district I was placed in and am truly sad to be leaving some of the best people I’ve worked with. I would work with soliant in the future 100% and hope to possibly do so!
