Jordan was absolutely amazing! He went above and beyond to provide the most outstanding services possible for me. He was extremely knowledgeable , professional, and understanding! Jacki was totally amazing as well! She was so kind, informative, and helpful! I am grateful that I found this wonderful HVAC company; my AC concerns and problems were resolved and my unit is back functioning better than ever. I highly recommend Premier HVAC Mechanical if you’re in need of HVAC services!
This is an amazing company. It’s family owned they actually care about you! They installed a brand nes 2.5 ton unit for my upstairs floor of my Marietta house in one day it was up and running with no issues.
During the past 33 years living at my house I have never dealt with a better HVAC company than Premier. Most HVAC companies are out to rob you blind. This company is family owned and puts the customer first. I was serviced by an outstanding technician named Jordan Anguiano who had the necessary knowledge and was enthusiastic towards helping me.Other companies kept aggressively trying to sell me a new unit because they said the Freon my unit uses is no longer available and I was 2.5 lbs too low. Premier had the right freon and once it was systematically added my unit is cooling fine!The price charged was fair and reasonable. I will be exclusively using Premiere from now... read full review
