First visit was fine, X-rays and all. I am a customer who doesn’t hold insurance which only makes these places … more expensive or cheaper depending on the conspiracy theory you subscribe to.
The second day felt a little off, I guess they have new people working the front desk so instructions unclear, square hole goes in the round peg.
Now on the third day, I waited 40 minutes to see a doctor and none came. No phone call, no one looking for me, nothing.
I get it, things happen. You will probably not get bad service. But don’t expect it to be Chick-fil-A.

I found phoenix by chance but I believe it was divine. As a former 3 sport athlete, I’ve had a few injuries had developed a lot of sciatic pain as well as other musculoskeletal issues. Within the past 6 weeks of constantly visiting phoenix, having my xray done and a necessary plan put in place, I can say I’m much better and stronger than before. Likewise, I’d been dealing with night sweats for years. I was told it was my heart and would need to see a cardiologist soon. However since I started getting adjusted, I’ve noticed my night sweats reduce from 4/5 nights a week to almost nil. Thank you phoenix and the whole team. I’m forever thankful.
I recently became a client of Phoenix Chiropractic. A month ago, I visited the clinic with severe back and neck pain. After undergoing X-rays, it was evident that I had sustained multiple injuries to my spine and neck. Surprisingly, I have experienced a significant reduction in pain and stiffness. Although I initially took pain medication three times a day, I can now only take it once. I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional care and expertise provided by the doctors and staff. Initially, I was skeptical, but my skepticism has completely vanished. These individuals are truly remarkable! I feel better than I have in a very long time.
