The family woke up one hot, summer day to find that our A/C was not working. We reached out to several local companies for quotes. I left a voicemail describing the symptoms and suspected issue of a blown capacitor. John promptly responded via text to provide an estimate and availability.
We went with another company with earlier availability but appreciate John's straightforward communication and pricing. Some companies do not provide pricing without a visit, even when asked about a specific issue. I'd definitely consider Holt Hudson for HVAC needs in the future!
Pros: prompt, straightforward communication; local small business
Cons: n/a
Highly recommend John. He is our go to HVAC guy for a couple years. He has made repairs to older HVAC units and installed a new one when necessary. Very knowledgeable, responsive, efficient.
John was professional, knowledgeable, punctual and courteous. He didn't mind me watching as he worked and explained what he was doing. I don't have much experience with the cost of this kind of service and repair, but it sure seemed reasonable to me. I especially like supporting a local family business and highly recommend this company!
