The team was incredibly helpful, supportive, kind, and professional, providing great recommendations on style and the best product for each need. The installers worked hard and got everything done in one day, with the finished product very soft and beautiful, exactly what customers were hoping for. From the initial meeting to the quoting process and installation, customers were treated with respect and never met with any difficulty. The owner came out the morning of the install to meet with customers and introduce the install team, who were terrific. Customers will definitely use their services again for flooring needs and will recommend them from now on.

10/10 highly recommend utilizing their services! We had a wonderful experience from the time the team came into our home to evaluate our living room setup and provided great recommendations on the style of rug. When we received the finished product, it was very soft and beautiful. It was exactly what we were hoping for and will utilize their services again in the future.
