After an initial misunderstanding, I came to realize that this company truly offers excellent service and fair pricing. The technician ALEMKEN was originally scheduled to return the next day to complete the job, as he was missing one lock. Unfortunately, he was involved in a car accident that morning and couldn’t make it as planned. However, he still showed up later that evening, sincerely apologetic, and completed the job. His dedication and professionalism really stood out, and we even ended up building a friendly connection. I would definitely recommend this company.
