Horrible experience I asked for the pic and got this. They are too think, not shaped correctly, not the color I asked for, wanted them a white chrome for Christmas and got pink. But felt pressured $120 later not happy.

Jody pushed me off onto a nail tech who did not speak English because she overbooked herself. I don't live in the area but, because she filed my gel nails twice previously, I requested her again. She said she only had time to use the machine because she had another client booked directly after me. So, why not file my nail gel off and then pass me over to someone else? (Very little communication needed to file and apply gel polish.) But, she knew I needed them filed because my nail bed is weak. She directly took her other customer (other techs were available, including the one who did a horrific and extremely bumpy nail gel for me) so, it wasn't that she didn't have the time. She overbooked herself.

Cleanliness: The place lacked cleaning and the gel light had some disgusting film at the bottom making it uncomfortable to put your hands in.
Stylist: Stopped in on this place from out of town. Wanted a simple manicure. The guy who did my nails was so rude, said no words to me except barking commands. He snatched my hand around like he owned it and gave the worst massage ever. He just slathered lotion all over my diamond rings and not giving a care.

DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT let them try designs! My pedicure turned out amazing, but my manicure was THE WORST I have ever had! Of course two different people did them, but my manicure looks like he used two different pinks, they’re rough, my fingernails was stuck to my skin for a week and I’m still trying to get the sides of my fingers to heal from him filing too much. He didn’t even go down to the cuticle for my nails so they look like they have been on way longer than they have. I will definitely find somewhere else to go next time. Zoom in to see the pink… and that’s supposed to be a palm tree and a bird. ????Walked out spending $220 between my manicure/pedicure, my daughter’s manicure/pedicure, and my fiancé’s pedicure and I’m VERY disappointed. They look okay from afar I guess. ??♀️??♀️

Stopped here to initially get a pedicure but wanted to get a gel manicure as well. The service was amazing, the energy of the service providers was calming and accommodating. I had two men working me at the same. I haven’t have an experience this nice at a nail shop in a very long time. They were quick but I didn’t feel rushed and I loved my nails and toes!

I had Kent for my nails. He did an awesome job. Very gentle and listened to what I wanted! Kim did my pedicure and she about put me to sleep! Great place! I’ll definitely go back!
It won’t let me post another review so I’m going to add to this one. This time I saw Vivian for my nails and Jason for my pedicure and when I tell you they BOTH did an amazing job. I mean it. Vivian listened to what I wanted, was very caring and talked to me the whole time! Gosh she is a delight. She is a true definition of a GREAT nail technician. Jason did my pedicure and he was so gentle and polite. He was AMAZING!! He did a great job with my pedicure and I am so happy I’ve finally found a new nail home where I don’t feel rushed out the door, I feel listened to and get quality work at a good price. I will definitely be returning for all of my future appointments! I love sky nails and all of their employees.
