I visited SkinCare at 5th Ave primarily for an Ultherapy consultation, but I was also in search of a dermatologist for a possible rosacea diagnosis. How fortunate I was to meet Rebecca! She not only confirmed the rosacea but also conducted a skin cancer screening. During the screening, she discovered that the "mole" on my upper lip was actually Basal Cell Carcinoma. As someone with brown skin, I’ve had other dermatologists miss this diagnosis in the past, so I’m incredibly grateful to Rebecca for her thoroughness and expertise.

I went for my appointment. Was early they looked at me surprisingly. Allowed me to check in i waited 1 hour and 12 minutes then she tell me she cant verify my insurance. So i pulled up united health care claims number for her and she said I needed my card. She had the group number, the subscribers I'd number and 1800 number. She whispered something to her coworker and then told me they couldn't see me without my card. I wondering if they truly serve african American people since I received that surprisingly look. I will never go again

I have been going to different spas for years to treat my acne. I came here just two months before my wedding as a last resort to clear my skin up. All I can say is WOW. I have never seen such impressive results especially with only two appointments. Mariela really listens to my concerns and makes me feel confident in the treatments. This will be the ONLY place for my skincare treatments from now on! I can’t say thank you enough!

Since 2019 I have been seeing Doctor Galitzin for advice on treatment, e.g., Botox, facials, skin care. He is kind, knowledgeable and he helped to find the best platform to diminish my wrinkles and bonus! Stop my migraines w/ Botox. No one compares to him. One day I in early 2024, I called the office to get ahold of him regarding a future appointment but was told by staff that was NOT possible even though I had been a regular patron for four years. I had been getting Botox four times per year, various monthly peels and facials over the past four years. Then I was told he was with a patient. What was I ? Chopped liver? I didn't dare call back because I knew I couldn't get an appointment. At that moment I felt so low. I didn't feel like fight left in me. I remembered that He had told me that if there ever were an emergency, I should talk to him. I'm so sorry I couldn't. I needed to get ahold of him regarding something I didn't want to make public, however I was told by staff that it was NOT possible to talk to him. I would have only taken a minute. Now it will not take a minute. I haven't returned since the first of the year or perhaps Dec 2023. I think he could use a better business manager. The people who run the office don't care about the patients. Unless they have a gold card. I pay with cash but feel less than.
