Today, was my first visit. I never done acupuncture before. Shannon Gonzalez was awesome. After she was done, I felt 100 percent better. If you're suffering from any pain, I highly recommend Shannon Gonzalez. Give this wonderful woman your business.

My family have been seeing Dr. Gillian and Dr. Phil at Sentinel Health and Wellness since 2020 and our experiences have been excellent. Both Drs. take the time to listen and hear what you have going on and work with you to help you get out of pain and start feeling good every single day.
Over the years we've seen multiple chiropractors in the area, but we have found our forever home for care at Sentinel.

***ATTENTION***If your child gets an ear infection, this is for you!!!Antibiotics have their place. I don't think they should be kicked out of the line of available treatments, but I think they should be at the back of the line IF there are other EFFECTIVE options.Last week, on March 14, I took my 6 yr old to his pediatrician. According to the doctor, he had a viral cold with a 101 temp and a double ear infection. She immediately prescribed antibiotics. Cool.I was on the phone with a friend and mentioned I was home with a sick child with a double ear infection. Her suggestion? Go see Dr. Gillian at Sentinel Health and Wellness--a CHIROPRACTOR!! She's a Kinesiologist, but I KNOW everyone knows what a chiropractor is.ANYWAY, I asked her if I heard right and she said, YES! CALL GILLIAN! So, I did. I told her the situation & asked if she thought she could help and HOW? She very happily explained the mechanics of what she would do and it made sense that it was POSSIBLE, but I was skeptical!She had another appointment, but her husband,Phil Crane said he'd take care of him. He made a few adjustments to my 6 YR OLD, told me what to look for, and to call if I had any questions.That evening he had more energy, but he also slept most of the day until that point, so I didn't know if the evening energy was due to the adjustment or sleep, but the next day he was a totally different kid!! I'd already picked up the Rx, but didn't want to give it to him unless he didn't progress.The pediatrician gave us a note to excuse him from school through 3/19 and said he could return on 3/20.He could have gone to school on 3/17, but we kept him home for good measure. He went back to school on 3/20. The antibiotics are still in the fridge...UNOPENED!!Does your kid have an ear infection?? Dr. Phil gave me my life back. After receiving a recommendation from a friend, I reached out to Phil. Their office was closed and I called the number and was shocked to hear Phil answer the phone and give me guidance during his off hours. After my first appointment I saw immediate relief. Following my first visit, I was getting better and better with the advice Dr. Phil offered me. After my 2nd and last visit he recommended, I am back to 90%+ ability again. I stressed to him how nervous everything made me, and he was extremely careful and courteous with his procedures. I would HIGHLY recommend him and thank him immensely for his help
