I went to Roz for a deep tissue massage to address trigger point pain. She listened to my concerns and suggested help outside of the massage. The massages were fantastic, as well!
Rozlynn is the best. I’ve had many massages over the years, and she truly stands out amongst the others. She clearly understands the musculoskeletal system and does an excellent job explaining what you’re feeling, why you’re feeling it, and how you can do things on your own to help yourself. Highly recommended.
