Don’t expect tranquility and oils and traditional spa fluff (unless you ask for that)…prepare for an intense and insanely effective muscle and fascia release from an incredibly smart sports therapist who knows functional anatomy better than my physical therapist.Do expect to walk away feeling looser, more flexible, more knowledgeable about your body mechanics, and overall healthier.Sabrina is a gifted masseuse!
