I normally get my nails done with two gentlemen that do a great job. They weren't there today and I got my nails done with a girl that's been working there for 6 years. What a terrible experience . I asked her to fix the nails and she didnt. It seemed to bother her when I asked her kindly. I hate paying for bad service. If you don't want to work you should just stay home.
Stylist: She was not nice or friendly. Sloppy work.

I wasn’t even going to reply but something I will not tolerate is someone calling me a liar on the internet. That is not what happened. I was never offered a refund. The only thing you said was that your store could only offer me 20 % off because it would be a “loss and unfair for the technician”. When I asked to get my nails soaked off you said no and that i had to pay. So you please be truthful and stop lying to your customers and don’t ever call me a liar.

The nails are good but they up-charge for EVERYTHING. And they will up-charge you for things they did without you asking. Good if you are willing to spend a lot of money.

Worst nail job EVER! Had done 12/22/23, within a week 2 was lifting, ended up with 4 coming off in not even 2 weeks. Coworker had 2 lifting. I had pink & white ombre, she had just gel w/polish
