Poor customer service. So I went there trying to give this place some business and even though the place was empty and it was early 12pm, the Hispanic lady told me she could not help cause she was booked for the entire day. She did not offer a better time for me to get service. It clearly says at the door that walk-ins are welcome. Well I was not welcome at all.

Kara is the absolute BEST! She’s been doing my hair since I was 16 and I couldn’t imagine trusting my hair with anyone else! She truly pours her heart into each client and has open communication on your wants and needs but also on her own suggestions. I just had my hair done by Lindsey and she is truly magnificent! She transformed my hair into an amazing color and I absolutely love it! I feel like a new woman! I will never use another hairdresser and I am 54 years old so I’ve had some hairdressers in my time. She is stellar and hands down the best hair dresser I’ve ever had! My husband was amazed and loved the transformation too! This was my second appointment with her and both were fantastic! She surely made this ole girl feel youthful again! This review is specifically for Lindsey the owner. I've had appointments booked directly with her four separate times and she has cancelled on me directly EACH of the four times HOURS before the appointment. The first time was right before the HOLIDAYS and I had to scramble to find another hair dresser in time for Christmas / family photos etc. and I was unable to in time. The last three cancellations have shockingly been the last three days in a row, she'd cancel and say she can do me the next day at a certain time. I have young children and a lot going on as well and would plan for childcare etc. Each day only hours before my appointment she would cancel. First time it was to convenience someone else, second time it was to sign papers, third day in a row it was because she was emotionally drained. Extremely poor planning to keep dragging me a long each day. I asked could she still please honor this 4th appointment she has now cancelled on me to not put me in a pinch for tonight for 40th bday party and she would not. I have serious stuff going on as well and would never cancel four times in a row on someone socially let alone running a business - I never even got my hair done. I was talking with a group of ladies since we are all newish in town about the hardest thing to find here is a reliable hairdresser like we had back home and we all agreed. The other ladies said they kept getting cancelled on morning of and we shared the name of the hairdresser since we all had the exact same problem and the other ladies had repeatedly also been cancelled on by Lindsey last minute. I had gone to my hairdresser for 20 years straight and she had never once cancelled on me day of (or really ever that I can recall). Not considerate of our time/planning. Hope her life settles down AND hope she can learn to manage her time better with the reality of what is going on in her life as it's a pattern of not respecting other people's time / life and plans when cancelling day of is the norm for her. Don't book the appointment to begin with if you can't honor it. I now have to wait another month to see another stylist I have on my list to try because Lindsey cannot honor her appointments.Service: Hair coloring

Stefany is wonderful! I moved here from the northeast and tried two other stylists before finding Stefany. I have short hair that’s stacked but not harsh, and she did a beautiful job. I could tell right away it was a quality cut!
