Innovation pools installed our pool/spa over seven years ago. I just recently retired and decided to take over the Maintenance of the pool. I stopped in and Erik remembered our install took time for his busy day, sat down and explain on how all the controls work along with Specialty parts we have on the Pool Later that day, I realized the UV water sanitizer wasn’t working. Went back talk to Erik. He helped me understand it took time and located the part from a local vendor. Strongly recommend this company they stand behind and work with their clients
Innovative Pool and Spa built our pool project during the summer of 2023. Our project had complicated challenges including elevation changes and significant landscape modifications which had to be taken into consideration to create the outdoor space that matched our vision. Eric did a great job developing 3D examples of the end product and worked with us on changes from this initial design to the final design before construction began. Eric kept us involved in each of the major initial stages including on site layout of the design and major milestone days including dig out, shotcrete and pebbletech stages. Kim and team were very helpful picking out color schemes and coordinated with some previous customers, allowing us to visit some of Innovative’s previous projects where we could see live examples of finishes and materials. With any construction project there are unforeseen challenges, Eric and the team were very responsive to not only address these challenges, but took extra steps to ensure the end result met his expectations and exceeded ours. Also, during the later stages of the project, there were some enhancements to a few areas that Eric identified and wanted to improve. He took a personal approach to our project with end result being a pool and outdoor space that we are very happy with and will enjoy for years to come.
