When I started with Jeremy, I was a mess. I had been on Ozempic for 2 years but had gotten off and gained all of my weight back within 6 months. I didn't feel good about my body and felt terrible on the inside. I was beyond frustrated and was honestly scared. Love the classes here. I’m in the best shape of my life. Travis the trainer comes up with unique and challenging workouts and also watches your form so you don’t get hurt. The hour flies by!
