WARNING TO CONSUMERS! Paid $2,400 for a Visible Seam & Scratched Australis Top – Wish I Had Used Debeers Instead 1 star My contractor (who did an absolutely beautiful job on the entire bathroom remodel) recommended Granite and Marble Warehouse in Peachtree City. Every single display top in their showroom is flawless and seamless, so I chose Australis solid surface expecting the same result. No one ever mentioned my simple 7 ft × 6 ft L-shaped vanity would have an obvious seam. Installation day: no call, no show until I phoned at 2:30 pm. They finally arrived at 3:30 pm and worked into the evening. When they left I found: • A very visible seam right at the corner • A long scratch they put in the top during installation I sent photos the next day. They sent their “best person” plus the original installers to repair it. The seam is still clearly visible and they told me the new scratch behind the sink “can’t be fixed now” because the sink is in. My contractor’s work throughout the bathroom is stunning — tile, cabinetry, lighting, everything is perfect. Sadly, the one piece he outsourced to Granite and Marble Warehouse (the countertop that was supposed to be the centerpiece) completely ruins the whole remodel. Every single person who has seen it — plumber, electrician, friends — comments on how bad the seam and scratch look. I paid $2,400 expecting showroom quality. In hindsight I wish I had gone with Debeers Granite and Tile (4.7 stars) like I originally wanted.

Our experience with Granite & Marble Warehouse was wonderful! Vincent K. exceeded our expectations in customer service, going above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. We initially purchased a new silgranit sink with the intent of cutting our existing quartz countertop to make it fit. After realizing the new sink wouldn’t work the way we planned due to spacing of our existing faucet hole, Vincent offered a cost effective solution that would’ve made the sink and top work. We ultimately decided to purchase a new granite top instead, and Vincent helped us select the perfect slab for our kitchen all through photo and video, as we are not local. We are thrilled with the final result. Further, the removal, delivery and installation crews were fantastic! Professional, friendly, and efficient. 10/10 recommend Granite & Marble Warehouse!

We were ready to replace the existing 12-foot Island countertop in our kitchen that was in place years prior to us purchasing our home in 2021. A friend of ours who is a contractor recommended we go to Granite and Marble Warehouse. Upon arriving we were greeted by their very professional and friendly front desk person who paired us with the sales representative Cristian. Cristian took us through their showroom and warehouse and was very helpful and understanding in what we were looking for. The warehouse was full of slabs in all kinds of material however we were specifically wanting natural quartzite.
We found a beautiful slab of natural quartzite that was exactly what we were looking for and the colors were an exact match to our existing kitchen tile and decor. The whole process was seamless and a quick turn-a-round time from removal of the existing Island, template creation and installating. Throughout the process Cristian was readily available and always professional in his responses. The technicians that did the actual removal and install were also very courteous, professional and did a wonderful job. We love our new Island countertop which has elevated the look of our kitchen. I highly recommend this company.

The builder chose them, and upon first impressions the service was good. However, the granite that was installed had been previously broken and epoxied back before it was installed. I noticed it right away and notified Ron. He said it was the piece I picked out and he wasn’t going to do anything about it. There was no disclaimer or discount applied because the slab had been broken. I tell everyone I know not to use this company and my hope is that the cost of my granite will be made up many times over with business they lose. Buyer beware!

I had quartz put in my kitchen and all three bathrooms. I was very impressed from beginning to end, especially with my sales rep Sergio who was very patient with me. I must admit some of the reviews scared me, which I read before making my deposit. Their pricing on the quartz was very reasonable but they were a bit high on the add on costs (sink cut outs, electrical plate cutouts, tear out & haul off costs). We wound up doing our on tear out of existing backsplash and hauling off our old countertops. I would recommend them for anyone willing and able to do some of the demo work theirselves including their own plumbing work which I didn’t have them quote. The installers did a great job. I did have them come back to clean up some silicone that was overlooked during original install and they sent out a crew of three that cleaned everything again and did some additional caulking, no questions asked. Everyone I worked with was very professional and I will definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Amazing experience from the first visit of picking out countertops, to the final installation. Ron was very helpful and knew exactly what I wanted. The turn around for delivery was five days and the installers were very fast, professional and cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend Granite and Marble Warehouse. Their is service, selection, and quality of work exceeded my expectations!
