Thank you crystal for saving the day and the holidays for me! I went and had eyelashes put on two days ago they were not good! (Yes I reached out to the person the next day to say I was not happy and really went nowhere) So I started looking for another option and found Envy lash! Not only did crystal respond immediately but it was her day off and she came in and redid my lashes for the holiday. I have booked my next appointments with her she went over and beyond!
I struggled trying to find someone who uses Quality products and Amazing Service when it comes to lashes . Crystal is it . She's very knowledgeable not just a eyelash tech but she promotes eyelash Health how to properly maintain your lashes the healthy way and have better retention. She uses Borbeleta lashes and products if ur a lash person u will know this is top tier on the same bar as NovaLash. I glad I finally found my lash stylist . She is Amazing
First off, Crystal is the absolute BEST!! I will never go to anyone else for my lashes. The first time I reached out to her, she helped me schedule immediately & made sure I was able to schedule fill in appointments. May I also add that when I first came to the salon, my lashes were a WRECK. I had lots of damage to my natural lashes & very large gaps. I was also suffering from hair loss (including my lashes) due to a medical condition. Crystal has taken such amazing care of my lashes over the last months that my natural lashes are now longer & stronger than ever.
